I’m extremely grateful you stopped here on your journey to holistic wellness with a mind/body/spirit connection.

Being your own wellness advocate is often overwhelming. We often need help, support, or ideas, and that’s exactly what this community is about.

I started this blog in 2016, focused on food allergies and holistic DIY recipes. Soon after, I took a sharp detour as we were hit with unfortunate circumstances (AKA our personal rock bottom), and my health and life seemed to crumble instantly.

However, with the help of a life coach, discovering my authentic self, and gaining back hope, I was able to turn my life around. Read more about my journey here.

Today, I’m helping women 40+ along their wellness journey to live the life they have always envisioned from a balanced approach with less stress and more joy!
