What is Holistic Wellness?
Holistic wellness is an approach that addresses all four body systems — mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. In order to find balance and lasting change within our bodies, it is important that all four areas are addressed.
Often times we seek help and then find ourselves repeating the same patterns or habits. That’s because the problem actually stems from an imbalance in another area (or body system) that hasn’t been addressed. Working with a holistic life coach ensures that all areas are addressed and lasting transformation occurs.
